Elissa Sobolewski has managed the SBIR program within the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) since 2006. During her tenure as the SBIR Program manager, she has prepared solicitation and source selection documents for 12 S&T Directorate SBIR competitions, which included 84 topics in over 10 technology areas to provide innovative solutions to meet the needs and requirements of DHS, including working with over 30 program managers.
